Domino’s have expanded rapidly over the last few years and to support the development of our people model, we are looking to recruit a Reward and Recognition Manager who will work as part of the HR team.

Now our team has grown, we require an equally ambitious reward manager, with high energy, who seeks to take on the opportunity to work with us to truly shape, design and implement a reward and recognition model that its right for our business and one which will help us continue to attract, develop and retain the right people.

What you will be doing…

  • Understanding from our team across the business our performance drivers, what behaviours the reward model seeks to reinforce, how colleagues feel above their reward and benefits, what motivates them and what we could do better at
  • Responsible for the design, development and implementation of all reward, benefit and recognition policies and processes, you will ensure our offer is competitive and attractive and gives us the best return on investment
  • Lead and manage the reward transformation roadmap to ensure effective and efficient delivery and to maximise our investment in reward
  • Be proactive and make recommendations on changes to the total reward package, influencing stakeholders with clear rationale for change and cost benefit analysis
  • Lead the management and execution of the annual reward cycle, e.g. pay review, bonus, out of cycle pay increases, benchmarking, salary surveys, benefit renewals
  • Plus, everything else that comes along with a normal Reward role with the core Pay, Benefits and Bonus Reward cycle!

Who you are..

You will need to enjoy operating at pace, and an environment where change is the norm. It will help if you have a background in either Retail, Hospitality, or FMCG; to enable you to bring your expertise to provide strategic ownership of our reward and recognition strategy across the Group. You will have the expertise to help us differentiate Domino’s in the market by reflecting our ambition, our culture, and alongside our long-term people and business strategies.

Having obtained a relevant bachelor level degree or equivalent, you will have a solid track record as a reward & recognition specialist with experience of designing and managing reward structures and processes ideally in multi-site FTSE 250 company, ideally in fast moving service or consumer led business.

You will have expertise and breadth in reward to be able to act as a partner to the business; confident at sharing ideas and comfortable to challenge where needed. You will have proven ability to successfully lead change through in-direct teams and truly work collaboratively with others to embed initiatives to all parts of the business.
