e-Learning Developer

We are looking to recruit an experienced e-Learning Developer to support our Operations team at Domino’s! As an e-Learning Developer, you’ll play a crucial role in creating engaging and effective digital learning solutions for our team members. You’ll collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to design and develop interactive e-learning content that enhances training experiences.

Success in this role looks like:

  • Proven experience in the design and delivery of digital learning content.
  • At least 2 years’ experience working in an e-learning developer role, bonus if you have experience in the food or QSR sector.
  • Able to provide a portfolio of digital learning products, or examples of content delivered.
  • Experience using authoring tools including Articulate Storyline and Rise.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud including Illustrator, PhotoShop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom.
  • Ability to work at pace, flexibly, with good levels of resilience and tenacity.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Previous experience working under own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – verbal and written.
  • Ability to resolve problems quickly, designing bespoke and effective solutions.
