We are looking to recruit an experienced Regional Trainer to support our Operations team at Dominos! As the maestro of motivation, you’ll embark on a thrilling adventure, guiding our franchise and corporate partners through vibrant, hands-on training sessions across the UK & Ireland. Whether it’s in the field or the classroom, your mission is to infuse our core values into every lesson, empowering our management squad to soar to new heights with exhilarating people training.

Success in this role looks like:

  • Experience in learning and development within a QSR/restaurant background.
  • Previous experience delivering practical and classroom-based training.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel across the UK & Ireland is required for this role so resilliance is key!
  • Full UK Driving license.
