An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager to join our Head Office team in Milton Keynes on an initial 12-month basis (possibility to go permanent), to support our continued success and growth as well as delivering the people strategy.

You will be in a generalist role which includes being a champion of change, business partnering, attracting and developing our talent and supporting our vision, culture and engagement.

What we are looking for…

HR professionals who are CIPD qualified and/or with a Degree in HRM and who is able to:

  • Work in collaboration with the HR team, ER Specialist (SCC) and managers to support business change and business improvement activity;
  • Take a pragmatic view and can bring fresh ideas with a strong customer focus that can help us succeed; and
  • Coach managers to take decisions
