Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this role sits within the IT Project Delivery team and takes responsibility for planning and delivery of projects that enable Domino’s to achieve its strategic objectives, business transformation and growth.

Projects will vary in size and nature and support all areas of the business – be it in-store operations, supply chain, digital, or back office – all of which contribute to making Domino’s a leading food delivery and collection brand that you’ll be proud to work for.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage all aspects of the project execution including chartering, scope definition, requirements gathering, project planning, change control, risk management and reporting
  • Define ROI, scope, resources, timelines and ensures budgets are in place
  • Manage the financial controls of the project and its successful delivery within budget. Work with finance on capital spend allocation
  • Coordinate third party vendors and indirect resources for effective execution on projects
  • Chair steering committees for projects
  • Ensure smooth transition of projects to BAU
  • Keep team and leadership updated of project status and risk factors
  • Present and communicate out to business and wider IT team
  • Ensure customer-centric focus and high levels of service (internal & external)
  • Maintain relationships and a working knowledge of the business areas within the Domino’s Group

You will be expected to have the following:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Project Manager role – preferably involving delivery of digital or enterprise projects
  • Background in Retail, QSR, Franchising or eCommerce a distinct advantage
  • Able to use project management tools such as Workfront, MS Project, Azure DevOps or Jira/Greenhopper essential
  • Practitioner level qualification in a recognised project management methodology (Prince2, PMP, or similar)
  • Evidence of planning and delivering high profile projects – using waterfall and agile based methodologies – within agreed tolerances for scope, cost, time and quality
  • Broad experience in IT, preferably with a technical background and a good understanding of software development processes and principles
  • Experience of managing budgets and reporting on spend to date
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify opportunities and unlock the seemingly irresolvable
