Operations Administrator

Milton Keynes/Hybrid

Reporting to the Head of Central Operations, this role is responsible for providing administrative support across a range of activities across the wider Domino’s Pizza Group (DPG) Operations team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support planning of operations meetings and franchisee engagement events, including agenda and content creation and collation along with presentation and supporting materials.
  • Minute-taking at key operations team and franchisee meetings.
  • Creation and distribution of weekly memo mailer and other franchise communications.
  • Placing orders for Operations team requests such as uniform, commissary food orders and other ad hoc requirements.
  • Raising any requisitions (purchase orders) for the Ops department via the AX system such as supplier invoices, uniform, congestion charge payments.
  • Arranging travel and booking accommodation.
  • Diary management, including scheduling of meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinating and administrating various rewards, awards, and incentive programs.
  • Managing incoming / outgoing operational communication – including email, post, and telephone.
  • Supporting the co-ordination of corporate events and franchise meetings.
  • Provision of admin support for Operations Director and cover Ops Director EA whilst at events or when EA on leave.
  • Process expenses and reconcile credit card statements for Operations Director.

What are we looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar role – conducting administrative tasks for a large department/function.
  • Able to travel as required for events (essential) – ideally with a full UK driving license
  • GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C or above in English & Mathematics.
  • Good understanding of Outlook and Microsoft Office Packages – especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to prioritise workload and manage time effectively. Demonstrate the ability to multitask.
  • Friendly attitude and “can do” approach.
  • Professional, flexible, and confident.
  • High integrity, able to work with sensitive information, always maintaining confidentiality.
  • Good written and verbal communications.
  • Excellent diligence and a high level of accuracy.
  • Well organised, ability to work unsupervised at times.
  • Adaptable and able to deal with changing priorities, able to deliver under pressure.
