We’re after the latest and greatest in-house Art Director at Domino’s. It’s basically the Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory of pizza…so get psyched.

You’ll be concepting and creating through-the-line campaigns across national social, digital and CRM channels and beyond (in between rigorous product testing of course). But, just like our fab flavour, we want to make sure all opportunities for creativity are pushed to the MAX, keeping things as fresh and vibrant as a fire Pepperoni Passion…or whatever you’re into.

You’ll work primarily with the in-house studio (don’t worry, we’re lovely), as well as with internal departments including CRM, Social, Digital and Franchise (they’re lovely too), plus external agencies (also mostly lovely). So, all in all, it’s a pretty sweet gig.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop ideas, concepts and designs (you know, the good stuff). Oh, and your mates will probably be seeing this stuff…so it better look good.
  • Create work you’re proud to put your name to wherever briefs allow…and even where they don’t. Especially where they don’t.
  • Oversee design and artwork across campaigns you kick started, making sure they stay on track and on brief.
  • Work closely with Senior Creatives and the wider marketing team to ensure everything’s on brand and looking fire.
  • Work with external agencies, providing constructive feedback and direction because their creative should look as good as yours.
  • Bringing new mechanics, media formats, and trends to the table before things get stale. No one likes stale.
  • Take creative risks whilst adhering to creative direction. Easy right?

Knowledge Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience working in a creative agency or in-house for brands (but candidates with a strong portfolio from other backgrounds will be considered too). Food industry experience is a MASSIVE plus too.
  • Strong conceptual, creative design, and typographic skills, including a wicked portfolio of outstanding work.
  • Strategic awareness: understanding commercial objectives is key when you’re in the belly of the beast.
  • Comfortable storyboarding, concepting, and creating campaign assets and digital content. You know, creative stuff.
  • More than happy to present and pursue projects from concept to execution.
  • Super organised and able to coordination with multiple teams. Got to be a little bit pedantic.
  • Willing to take full ownership of your work, down to the smallest detail. Really hammering home this pedantic thing.
