We’re after the latest and greatest in-house artworker at Domino’s. It’s basically the Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory of pizza…so get psyched.

You’ll be heading up our new cracking team of amazing artworkers, so as well as flexing your own skills across print, digital, social and CRM assets, you’ll be making sure their work looks picture perfect too (in between rigorous product testing of course). But, just like our fab flavour, we want to make sure all opportunities for creativity are pushed to the MAX, keeping things as fresh and vibrant as a fire Pepperoni Passion…or whatever you’re into.

You’ll work primarily with the in-house studio (don’t worry, we’re lovely), as well as with internal departments including CRM, Social, Digital and Franchise (they’re lovely too), plus external ATL, BTL and social agencies (also mostly lovely). So, all in all, it’s a pretty sweet gig.

Main Responsibilities

  • Strong skills in retouching photography. A portfolio of delicious food will be an advantage.
  • Make sure master artwork templates are good to go for multiple different specs and formats. Your mates will probably be see these ads…so they better look good.
  • On occasion, dabble in visual concepts and artwork for local email and social campaigns.
  • Make assets you’re proud to put your name to wherever briefs allow…and even where they don’t.
  • Oversee all artwork being served up in our in-house studio, making sure it’s bang on brief and some.
  • Work closely with Senior Creatives and the wider marketing team to ensure everything’s on brand and looking bangin’.
  • Stay across all print and web standards and specs, correcting and formatting before they're sent to the printers or provided to internal teams for upload. Got to be pedantic to be an artworker, right?

Knowledge Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience working in a creative agency or in-house for brands (but candidates with a strong portfolio from other backgrounds will be considered too).
  • Expert in Adobe CC and cool with retouching assets provided in multiple formats.
  • Open to work with new services like Smartly and Moveable Ink, which have unique ways of setting up assets (not as scary as it sounds, promise).
  • Interested in learning and developing skills across digital and print because there’s always room for improvement.
  • Strong creative skills, including a wicked portfolio of outstanding work.
  • Comfortable creating campaign assets and digital content. You know, creative stuff.
