We are now expanding our operations in the UK with a brand-new Supply Chain Centre in Warrington. This site shall have modern production equipment, a large warehouse facility and an impressive Transport and logistics function.

Due to this new and exciting site opening, we are looking to recruit a Compliance Coordinator. This role is to provide administrative support to the transport department through exceptional customer service to our customers, stores and franchises in line with Domino’s Pizza standards and procedures.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities: -

  • Responsibility for the vehicle defect process, service planning and service scheduling ensuring the optimum operational availability for the fleet, and minimum vehicle downtime.
  • Ensure that the vehicles are maintained, including servicing, MOT’s and accident repairs.
  • Liaising with third parties in relation to accident or damages – providing necessary information to insurers.
  • A range of general administrative duties.
  • To be compliant at all times in line with the Road Traffic Act and the Road Vehicles Regulations.
  • Purchase order maintenance.
  • Liaise with the FTA and take ownership of fleet audit to achieve 100%.

Experience and Knowledge: -

  • Previous experience gained in a busy transport environment.
  • Understanding of Fleet operations.
  • Experience working to DVSA regulatory requirements.
  • CPC qualification would be desirable.
  • Working knowledge of Road Traffic Act and regulations.
